Affiliate Program Policies

1. Eligible Commissions

Affiliates earn a 7% commission on qualified referral sales.
Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the referred order has been delivered and successfully passes our verification process.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, disputed, or identified as fraudulent are not eligible for commission.
Approved commissions remain available for withdrawal for up to 90 days after becoming eligible for payout.
Commissions that remain unclaimed after the 90-day withdrawal period may expire and be removed from the affiliate account.

2. Attribution & Traffic Quality Policy

2.1 Eligible Referral Traffic

Affiliate commissions are available for qualified orders generated through valid affiliate links and legitimate referral activities. Customers, creators, and affiliates may earn commissions when their referrals result in verified purchases from new customers through approved affiliate channels.

2.2 Non-Eligible Traffic & Excluded Orders

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to reject, adjust, or revoke commissions for orders that are not considered genuine affiliate-driven referrals, including but not limited to orders primarily generated through:

Paid Search Advertising
Email Marketing Campaigns
SMS Marketing Campaigns
Social Media Advertising
Retargeting Campaigns
Brand Search Traffic
Direct Website Traffic
Other company-owned promotional channels

Orders resulting primarily from Soul Lady Wigs' existing marketing activities, brand awareness, or customer acquisition efforts may not qualify for affiliate commissions.

2.3 Multi-Channel Attribution

When multiple marketing channels contribute to the same order, including affiliate links, paid advertising, email marketing, SMS marketing, organic search, referral traffic, or direct traffic, Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to determine the primary source of the sale based on available attribution data.

Affiliate commissions may not be awarded when an affiliate link is determined to have only assisted or followed an existing customer purchase journey without generating meaningful referral value.

2.4 Commission Review & Final Determination

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to review referral traffic, customer acquisition data, attribution records, and order activity to determine commission eligibility.

All attribution decisions and commission adjustments will be made based on legitimate referral activity and applicable affiliate program policies. Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to make the final determination regarding commission eligibility.

3. Returning Customer Purchases

3.1 Existing Customers

Orders placed by customers who have previously purchased from Soul Lady Wigs may not qualify for affiliate commissions if the affiliate was not the original source of customer acquisition.

3.2 Customer History Review

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to review customer history, purchase records, traffic sources, and attribution data when determining commission eligibility.

4. Prohibited Promotional Activities

To protect our customers, affiliates, and brand reputation, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Trademark & Brand Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, target, or otherwise use Soul Lady Wigs branded keywords, trademarks, or trademark-related search terms through any paid advertising platform.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

SoulLady Wigs
Soul Lady Hair
Soul Lady coupon
Soul Lady discount code
Soul Lady promo code
Any misspellings, abbreviations, variations, or combinations of our brand name

This restriction applies to all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to:

Google Ads
Bing Ads
Facebook Ads
Instagram Ads
TikTok Ads
YouTube Ads
Native Advertising Networks
Any other paid traffic platform

4.2 Misleading Advertising

Affiliates may not:

Represent themselves as Soul Lady Wigs or an official company representative.
Create websites, landing pages, social media accounts, domains, or content that may mislead customers into believing they are officially affiliated with Soul Lady Wigs.
Use false, deceptive, misleading, or exaggerated promotional claims.
Misrepresent product pricing, product features, shipping policies, or return policies.
Advertise discounts, coupon codes, or promotions that have not been officially approved by Soul Lady Wigs.

4.3 Unauthorized Traffic Sources

Affiliates may not generate commissions through:

Self-referrals or purchases made on their own behalf.
Purchases made by household members solely for commission purposes.
Automated traffic, bots, scripts, or artificial clicks.
Cookie stuffing or unauthorized tracking methods.
Incentivized purchases intended solely to generate commissions.
Any activity that artificially inflates traffic, clicks, leads, or sales.

4.4 Coupon Code Policy

Affiliates may only promote coupon codes officially provided or approved by Soul Lady Wigs.

The promotion of unauthorized, expired, misleading, fabricated, or altered discount codes is strictly prohibited and may result in commission reversal or account termination.

5. Commission Review & Account Monitoring

5.1 Account Reviews

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to review affiliate accounts, referral traffic, commission activity, and promotional methods at any time.

5.2 Commission Holds

Commissions may be temporarily withheld or placed under review if any of the following are detected:

Unusual account activity
Abnormal traffic patterns
Sudden commission increases
Unusually high conversion rates
Potential policy violations
Suspected fraudulent activity

5.3 Verification Requests

Affiliates may be asked to provide additional information regarding promotional methods, traffic sources, advertising activities, or marketing campaigns to verify compliance with this Affiliate Program.

5.4 Pending Review Status

Commissions may remain pending until the review process has been completed.

6. Violation Consequences

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to investigate any affiliate activity and determine commission eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.1 Available Actions

In the event of a policy violation, Soul Lady Wigs may:

Reject commissions generated through prohibited activities
Withhold pending commissions during review
Reverse previously approved commissions
Suspend affiliate accounts without prior notice
Permanently terminate affiliate accounts
Disqualify affiliates from future participation in the Affiliate Program

6.2 Final Decisions

All decisions regarding commission eligibility and affiliate account status are final.

7. Audit Rights

7.1 Record Retention

Soul Lady Wigs retains referral, attribution, click, conversion, transaction, and tracking records for compliance verification, fraud prevention, auditing, and program administration purposes.

7.2 Compliance Reviews

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to review historical affiliate activity, referral sources, and commission records when investigating suspected policy violations or determining commission eligibility.

7.3 Cooperation Requirement

Failure to cooperate with a compliance review may result in commission denial, commission reversal, account suspension, or account termination.

8. Policy Updates

8.1 Program Changes

Soul Lady Wigs reserves the right to modify, update, interpret, revise, or discontinue this Affiliate Program or any portion of its policies at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Continued Participation

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these policies.
