Custom Salt & Pepper Swiss Lace Forehead Fringe Bangs Invisible Hairline With Baby Hair 6x1 Lace Edges Human Hairpieces
🔸Item #: 6075
Our standard cap measures 22.5 inches in circumference and adapts to head sizes from roughly 21.5 to 24 inches. We build to one standard rather than small, medium and large, because every cap has an elastic band and an adjustable drawstring or straps - you set the tension yourself instead of guessing a size at checkout.
How to measure your head
You need a soft measuring tape and one minute.
- Start at your natural hairline at the front.
- Bring the tape around just above your ears.
- Round the nape of your neck, and back to where you started.
- Keep the tape flat against your head, not tight.
If your own hair is thick, measure with it flat against your head the way it will sit under a wig.
Most adult women measure between 21.5 and 23 inches. If you land anywhere in the 21.5 to 24 inch range, our standard cap fits you.
What is inside the cap
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Elastic band | Runs around the perimeter, holds the cap against the head and lets it flex |
| Adjustable straps | At the nape, with hooks. Set once, then leave them |
| Combs | Small clips that grip your own hair. Skip them if your hair is fragile |
| Drawstring | On applicable styles, tightens the cap at the back |
These work together, which is why no glue is needed on our glueless styles.
If the cap feels loose
The most common reason is not the cap - it is how much hair is underneath it. A cap grips partly against your own hair, so as hair thins the same cap feels looser without having changed.
- Tighten the nape straps one notch first.
- Add a wig grip band or a bamboo cap liner. This restores hold and reduces friction against the scalp. It is the single most useful accessory for anyone with thinning hair.
- Do not over-tighten. A cap pulled too tight causes headaches and tension at the temples, and tension at the temples is what damages fragile edges.
If the cap feels tight
- Loosen the straps fully and open the drawstring before deciding it does not fit.
- Remove the combs - they take up space and add pressure.
- If it still presses after that, you are likely above 24 inches and should order a custom size.
A wig should sit securely without you being aware of it. Pressure, a headache, or a red line at the hairline all mean it is too tight.
Custom cap sizes
If you fall outside 21.5 to 24 inches, or you simply want an exact fit, we make caps to order through our Customization Service. Every custom option is priced individually and the fee is shown on the customization product page before you order.
There is no extra charge on any standard in-stock wig. The price you see is the price.
Custom sizing is not available on medical wigs - that cap is built as one engineered unit and altering it compromises the fit and the silicone seal.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell small, medium and large?
No. We build one standard cap at 22.5 inches with elastic and an adjustable drawstring, which covers roughly 21.5 to 24 inches. Head measurements taken at home are rarely precise, so an adaptable cap fits more people than a fixed size does.
What if I am between sizes?
You are almost certainly fine. The adjustable range exists exactly for that.
Does cap size change by wig style?
The circumference does not. What changes is the lace area - a 13x6 frontal has more lace at the front than a 5x5 closure - but the cap fits the same head.
Will a wig slip if I have very little hair?
It can, because there is less to grip. A wig grip band solves it. Glueless caps are also easier to keep in place than they are often given credit for, as long as the straps are set correctly.
Can I wash the cap?
Yes - it washes with the wig. Keep conditioner off the cap and away from the knots, and let it air dry on a stand so it holds its shape.

💡 How to Wear – Step-by-Step Guide
Swiss Lace Hairpiece (Glue/Tape Method)
Step 1: Prepare Your Hair & Skin
Braid or flatten your natural hair. Clean your forehead and hairline area to remove oil or residue.
Step 2: Position the Hairpiece
Place the lace piece on your forehead to check the fit and alignment. Adjust the bangs and parting to your preferred style.
Step 3: Apply Adhesive
Use wig glue or double-sided wig tape around your hairline. Wait a few seconds until the adhesive becomes tacky.
Step 4: Secure the Lace
Carefully press the lace into the adhesive, starting from the center and moving outward. Smooth down the edges for a seamless blend.
Step 5: Style & Finish
Gently comb the bangs and ponytail. Apply a little powder at the parting for a natural scalp effect.
