Processing Time

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. General orders are processed within 24 hours.

Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, or your address dis-deliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Custom orders will be processed within 72 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1. Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, or other force majeure, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. If your address is defined as a remote area by the courier company, we will notify you by email, text message, or even phone call, and charge you an additional shipping fee.

1. The P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are unavailable, don't use these kinds of address as your shipping address. Please leave a physical address for your order. 

2. Do make sure your tel number correct and the delivery man could contact you through that number. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking,

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
