Quick Answer
Most orders to the United States ship free and arrive within 3-7 business days, after a processing time of 1-2 business days. Expedited UPS delivery is available at checkout for items held in our US warehouse.
Processing Time
Processing time is how long we need to prepare your order and physically dispatch it.
- Standard orders: 1-2 business days
- Custom orders: 7-15 business days for production, depending on the customization requested. Standard shipping time applies after production is complete.
Processing may take longer if your shipping information is incorrect or your address is undeliverable. In that case we will contact you within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times are counted from the date your order is dispatched, not the date you place it.
Where Your Order Ships From
Items listed as US Stock ship from our United States warehouse. All other items ship from our warehouse in China and take 4-7 business days in transit to the United States after processing.

Please note:
- Shipping times may vary due to weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.
- During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay we will contact you by email or phone.
- If the carrier classifies your address as a remote area, we will notify you and an additional shipping fee may apply.
Shipment Method
Soul Lady ships via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS and Royal Mail.
Important
- P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported. Please provide a physical delivery address.
- Please make sure your phone number is correct so the courier can reach you.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. You can also track your order at Track Your Order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, and returned items are sent to our United States warehouse - you do not need to ship anything back to China. Please email us before returning any item so we can confirm the process with you. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
soulladywigs.com is not responsible for customs charges or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect tax in most countries at present. Customs policies vary by country, so please check the rules that apply where you live.
Damages
soulladywigs.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim, and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.
